FOCUS offers an array of health awareness and social service programs aimed at enhancing the overall quality of life for Latinos and other Essex County residents. The emergency assistance program provides temporary relief and assistance for individuals with low and moderate income levels to restore basic human needs and encourage families to become self-supporting.
