 It should be noted that 89% of FOCUS’ revenue goes directly to programs and services. Only 11% is utilized for general and administrative costs. It illustrates FOCUS’ professional expertise and administrative controls to insure the services are provided at the most effective cost.

Allocation by Revenue

 The Allocation by Revenues Chart illustrates how FOCUS’ revenues are distributed. The Seniors and Youth Programs are the major program components, constituting 43% of the funds and serving the largest group of individuals. Social and Adult Protective Services and Employment & Training comprise 45% followed by 12% for Health and Adult Education.
