Garden State Parkway (GSP) North or South: Take Exit 145 to Route 280 East, then follow Route 280 East directions.

New Jersey Turnpike South: Take Exit 15W to Route 280 West, then follow 280 west directions.

New Jersey Turnpike North: Take Exit 14 follow signs to Newark then Route 1&9 North/South directions

Route 280 West: Take Exit 15 (Route 21, Newark) immediately after the Willian Stickel Memorial Bridge. At light at foot of ramp, make soft left on University Avenue, go one block to Lackawanna Avenue and make left to FOCUS, across from Lincoln Motel.

Route 280 East: Take Exit 14A, Martin L. King Blvd.. Make a left at light, and an immediate right on State St. at the light make a right and an immediate left on Lackawanna Ave. to FOCUS.

Route 1 & 9 North & South: Take exit marked Newark. Route 21 North (McCarter
Highway). Cross bridge and continue on McCarter Highway make left on Bridge Street continue for two blocks to Broad Street make right at Broad Street cross first light to FOCUS on your left (across from River Front Stadium).

Route 78: Take 78 to the Garden State Parkway: Follow GSP directions.

Route 22: Take route 22 to route 21 (McCarter Highway) North. Follow directions for Route 1&9 North & South.

Route 21 South: Make a right on Clay Street go two blocks to Broad Street go across first light to Lackawanna Avenue, FOCUS is in your left.

George Washington Bridge: NJ Turnpike South to Exit 15W. Follow Route 280 West directions.

Lincoln Tunnel: West on Route 3 to NJ Turnpike South to Exit 15W. Follow Route 280 West directions.
